Bio
Nishka is a first year I/O Psychology graduate student at SFSU. She received her bachelor’s degree in psychology with a minor in cognitive science at the University of California, Los Angeles. Her research interests include DEI, organizational change, leadership training and development, and employee wellbeing. She is passionate about mental health and works as a mental health coach. She hopes to work in consulting for companies and eventually, for non-profits. Her hobbies and interests include dancing, reading and spending time in nature.
